PET matte film

PET matte film is a specially manufactured polyester film with superior chemical and physical properties of ordinary polyester film. It is made by properly adjusting the raw material formula and adding silicon dioxide on the basis of the original PET transparent film. This film can be non-sticky or slightly sticky after contacting with specific materials under limited conditions. The surface gloss of PET matte film is low and the haze is high. This characteristic can reduce the reflection and refraction of light, making the surface look softer and reducing the interference of reflection. In addition, by coating silicone oil or silicone liquid on the surface of matte film, the surface properties of the film can be changed, such as increasing water resistance or anti-stickiness, which can be used to transfer specific patterns or images to other materials, or add metal patterns to the surface of the product through hot stamping process, increase decorative effects or add logos.
